Uninstall<\/h3>\n\nDefault behaviour (keep your data)<\/h4>\n\n
By default, uninstalling (deleting) this plugin does not remove your data<\/strong>. Your WhatsApp agent posts, widget settings, WooCommerce integration options, and other plugin options stay in the database so you can reinstall later without losing configuration.<\/p>\n\nOptional: remove all plugin data on uninstall<\/h4>\n\n
If you want WordPress to delete all plugin data when the plugin files are removed:<\/p>\n\n
\n- Go to ** Magexchat \u2192 Settings** (or your plugin settings screen)<\/li>\n
- Open the Uninstall<\/strong> section<\/li>\n
- Enable Delete plugin data on uninstall<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Save settings<\/li>\n
- Delete<\/strong> the plugin from Plugins<\/strong> (not only deactivate)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
Only with that option enabled will uninstall remove plugin options and all magex-wa-account<\/code> (agent) posts and their meta.<\/p>\n\nDeactivation<\/h4>\n\n
Deactivating the plugin does not<\/strong> delete any data.<\/p>\n\nMultisite<\/h4>\n\n
On multisite, uninstall runs the same cleanup step on each site<\/strong> in the network. The Delete plugin data on uninstall<\/strong> option is stored per site<\/strong> \u2014 only subsites where that option is enabled will have their plugin data removed; other subsites keep their data unless you enable the option there too before deleting the plugin.<\/p>\n\nExport \/ backup<\/h4>\n\n
There is no built-in export in this version. Before enabling data removal, back up your database or export content if you need a copy of agent configuration.<\/p>\n\n
